We usually do the dried onion soup recipe but the kids in the family aren’t fans. I gave this a whirl and my son took one look at the melting cheese and skeptically asked “What is this yellow stuff??” As soon as I said cheese he dug in and didn’t stop until finished.

I just made this for dinner and it is a hit.
