		<description><![CDATA[Have been making this taco salad since I as a pre-teen.  No longer use nacho flavored chips though. I use plain instead.  We mix each serving in a bowl and add the Catalina.  Another way to try it is with no dressing but salsa instead.  Don&#039;t forget the onions though.  This is stuff is great.]]></description>

It is so easy to throw together on a weeknight for a simple meal and it&#039;s equally good hot or cold. My family layers the ingredients in a bowl and them tosses it with the dressing when served. Also, we&#039;ve always used creamy french dressing, it&#039;s the best!]]></description>
