Made these a few months ago.. and lost the recipe. Searched and searched my fav recipe sites and found it!! So happy. I'm a busy mom of 5 making these tonight for dad's Bday dinner.

He loves ribs. I've tried alot of different techniques with mostly baby backs. .. boiling water first, grilling, broiling.. these are so simple and so delish! (Plus the spare ribs are alot cheaper than baby backs)

I forgot to drain pineapple today, added only 1/4 of a red onion- and it tasted fine. These are very moist with lots of sauce.
THis and Ree's Smashed potatoes.. doesn't get much better!

I made these tonight for dinner and they were delicious! Even my husband who is picky when it comes to his meat eating loved this. It's flavorful and moist. So easy to make. I did serve with mashed potatoes, but could have easily served it with rice as well. My husband had seconds and declared, "You can make this again!"
