		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been making this for years, too. It&#039;s my tenderloin staple, never fails to impress. I found that it always comes out moist and perfectly done if I grill it on high heat for about 3 minutes per side (4 sides) then turn down the heat (or move it to a higher rack) and let it cook until it reaches 165 degrees. 

With a little rice pilaf and grilled or stir-fried veggies it makes an excellent company presentation, too.]]></description>

I actually marinated the pork overnight because our dinner plans changed after I had already started marinating, but it was fantastic anyway.
