You add about 1 cup of reserved water to start and the spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic and red pepper flakes and mix well if it&#039;s too dry you add more reserved water. When you serve it, you can add the grated cheese to each plate and the parsley to garnish. I hope these is more explainable.  :)]]></description>
