I did double the mozzarella cheese, I love my lasagna cheesy. One suggestion, the recipe calls for “1 container” of Ricotta Cheese. I think you should specify the size of the container. We almost put 2lbs of Ricotta because that’s how big the container we had was and my daughter was handling the cheese mixture. I caught it before it was too late and took half of that out so we used 16 ozs.
