Our new “go-to chicken” for sure. We pounded the chicken pretty thin and it took almost no time to cook (maybe 15 minutes). Can’t wait to make it again!!

My internet was down and I couldn’t consult the recipe and thought it was just corn chips I needed to get. When the internet came back up, it was then that I realized it was Sun chips I needed but had no time to go back to the store, so we used the corn chips.

With just the corn chips, it was great, but we definitely want to try it using the Sun chips next time. I am also going to try marinating the chicken in the butter/taco seasoning mix for a while, before cooking, to see what that might do to it.

All in all, very quick, and simple to make, and a recipe that my teens could easily do on their own as well. We’ll be doing this for supper again soon.
