So yummy!

I didn’t have quite enough sour cream, so I added cream cheese….I also added a bit of coriander to the meat mixture and an extra layer of cheese before the second layer of noodles. (I used Monterey Jack Slices, cuz that’s what I had, worked great!).

I loved not having to cook the noodles. Instead of using the seasonings, I used a packet of taco seasoning. I also used 8oz. of cheese. I put 1/2 of it on the last layer of noodles before it was covered with the salsa mixture. Other than those two things, I did everything as directed. It was tasty. Thanks for the recipe!
