I used a box of Jiffy cornbread mix because I didn’t have corn meal on hand and I think it might have made it better. My husband was very impressed with how yummy it was. This really filled us up that we had leftovers for days but enjoyed it until it was gone Thanks for an amazing recipe that is a keeper for our menu rotation!!
