		<description><![CDATA[Loved this!  Easy and delish!  (Used 2 lbs of Hamburger to ensure I could feed my hungry son.)
The &quot;heat&quot; was perfect with this dish - great advice Ree!  

Weirdly - reminded me of a Lean Cuisine meal I used to eat prior to Volleyball or Basketball games in High School.  Loved it then and now!  Will make again.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Super yummy dish!!  The only issue I had was the sauce not really thickening with a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch.  I measured the liquids exactly as printed in the recipe.  Next time I&#039;ll use at least 2 heaping Tbsp cornstarch.  Either way, these are really good and we will make them again.  I added a couple cups of broccoli two minutes before the peppers and tossed the meatballs in the oven (already baking brown rice) after the first fry so they were fully cooked  when added at the end.  Good stuff.  Thanks, Ree!  It did take about an hour from start to finish.]]></description>

Then why did I make a recipe with pineapple as one of the main ingredients, you ask? Good question. But what&#039;s done is done... and I must say I loved the sauce. The pineapple added a light sweetness (also I used pre-cut fresh pineapple chunks which saved some time). The pineapple chunks themselves were a little overpowering. I wish there was a way to get the pineapple sweetness in the sauce without the actual chunks. The meatballs were also quite tasty.]]></description>

Also the prep time is a little off...takes more than 20 mins to chop the veggies, pineapple, roll up all of those meatballs, get them to set and then roll again in flour...total prep closer to 45 mins.

Worth it!! =)]]></description>

I only had red peppers and rice wine vinegar - just added a little less and I tossed in about a 1/8 c of the leftover pineapple juice into the sauce, while simmering! Very tasty!]]></description>
