		<description><![CDATA[I love meatballs, but I always fried them, and so made them rarely since I really dislike that process.  Once I learned to bake a meatball, I&#039;ve never looked back.  Meatballs are a lot more welcome around our kitchen now.  I&#039;m so happy you mentioned baking them and FREEZING them for later use!  I don&#039;t particularly like store bought frozen meatballs, so this is a wonderful idea.  Thanks so much!]]></description>
