Fantastic!! Followed the recipe as written with the only addition being “Seasoned Salt” seasoning (Tastefully Simple) in lieu of some of the salt on the burgers, and added 1 TBSP of butter to the onions along with 1 TBSP olive oil. Low and slow is definitely the key to the onions, which cooked up beautifully, and the brie made the whole burger nice and moist and just plain perfect – this is our new favorite burger – thanks! Oh, and I forgot to mention… SUPER easy
