		<description><![CDATA[You can find Briskets in all sizes. When I buy them I buy enough to feed my family of 5 two meals and then usually freeze the rest. It makes for a simpler meal when the meat is already cooked. I usually figure on that each person will eat around a pound, the servings for me are a rough guess. I don&#039;t usually figure the brisket by the serving if you cut this down to an 8 or even 10 pounder just cut everything else in half accordingly, including cook time.
