		<description><![CDATA[Very nice - excellent flavor and texture.  I doubled the recipe and used hot Italian sausage and fresh, chopped fennel leaves.  After baking the meatballs, I simmered them in the sauce for a couple of hours and the flavor was wonderful.]]></description>
