It was a hit at our house too. I loved how easy it was to make. As usual for me, not the result of the recipe it is just me, I added some things like a can of green chilis and a smidgen of cumin. Excellent. Oh, and I only added 8oz of cheese. Definately will make this again, especially during winter:) Thanks for sharing.

It was soooo quick, easy, and yummy. I changed this up just a bit, and was very happy with the result. I added 1 tsp of onion, used ditalini instead of macaroni, and used Southwest seasoning instead of taco seasoning. This recipe has made it into my recipe binder (not an easy feat).
