Yeah, I’m not complaining. Just make sure you get a pepper jack that has a good kick to it, otherwise it ends up a little bland, better for the kiddos, but I prefer the spice:)
Oh, and I doubled the bacon, because, really, who’s gonna complain about more bacon?
