		<description><![CDATA[I made something like this tonight... I didn&#039;t have all your ingredients coz I don&#039;t live in the USA but I made it with wild mushrooms which I dry fried first, artichokes in oil, a white onion and a bag of mixed seafood I ahd in the freezer. So not quite what you did but all variations on it and the combination was DELICIOUS! I added the chilli flakes and a drop of lemon juice,  grated some parmesan on at the end and it was ready to go. And my husband loved it. Thanks for the inspiration! :)]]></description>
