We had this for dinner tonight and it was SO GOOD! A little hard to manage on the grill, though. Next time I’ll know better.

Friday night is homeade pizza night here, so we tried this combo out this past weekend. I used my own lighter ‘alfredo’ (garlic white sauce with a bit of parm) and this was a hit! We added some roasted red peppers, too. Yum!

Made this last night, but didn’t have any alfredo sauce so I substituted sour cream, worked great! Very tasty, will make again!
