Boy am I glad I did!! This dish was super easy to make, nice and light, and a perfect spring or summer pasta dish. It was very fresh tasting, and I agree that the parmesan cheese can NOT be excluded! I tried it both ways and it definitely adds a little bit of wonderful-ness! Definitely will be making this again, thank you thank you thank you!

It’s not easy to make pasta light, but the lemon comes through just right to make this refreshing. Plus, the ingredients are all items most of us have around. The Parmesan cheese is a -must-. Delicious.
