		<description><![CDATA[I just made this dish for dinner, and it&#039;s delicious!  The red pepper gives an extra kick to the pasta, but it&#039;s not too spicy.  I substituted olive oil instead of butter, and it still came out great.  This is definitely worth making over again!]]></description>
