I am partial to lemon flavored dishes, and this was super easy and very very satisfying. I also added lemon zest as well as lemon garlic salt and lemon pepper (did I mention I love lemon flavored dishes?). I have never thought of adding parmesan cheese to rice, but it was fabulous!! I love the chicken flavored rice-a-roni, and the parmesan made it even more delicious than usual. Great easy, quick meal idea.

I added lemon zest, grated pepper, several dashes of tabasco and a dash of salt to the sauce. It blended so nicely with the Parmesan rice. I served it with corn and cheese biscuits.
