Unlike myself, the rest of my family isn’t too big on lemon, so I only used one lemon. I was out of fresh garlic, so I had to used minced out of the fridge. I think I might add some chicken next time to make it a heartier meal, but it really is good as is.

My husband doesn’t like feta. It was great and another way to use those zucchini that keep appearing in the garden. I think the leftovers will make good cold side dish. The lemon really brightens it up.
