		<description><![CDATA[This was really easy to make and I actually had all the ingredients on hand.  I did add some diced onion and pancetta.  If you are iffy about the lemon flavor, I would add the lemon juice and balsamic one at a time after you combine the pasta and garlic/olive oil and taste before you add too much for your tastes.  It was light and delicious, I&#039;ll totally make it again and maybe even add some chicken or shrimp or scallops.]]></description>
