It doesn’t say to return the chicken into the pan and continue to cook it thoroughly. Your instructions said to “Cook the chicken until both sides are brown, about 4 minutes a side. It’s okay if the insides are still slightly pink. Remove the chicken from the pan”.

This recipe sounds great though and your recipes are awesome!
