		<description><![CDATA[Recipe sound great but a bit heavy on the butter. I am going to try and lighten it up. Plan is to brush the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with s&amp;p.  Will use the butter in sauce as written.  Will lighten up the butter mixed in the topping too.  I&#039;ll post results... I am sure all that butter would taste great but.....]]></description>
