Wonderful - I made a 9x13 pan plus a smaller 6x8 pan with this amount of ingredients. Used homemade noodles and sauce. My neighor was amazed at the flavor with no spices added. I did not have the yellow squash so just upped the carrots and zucchini. A keeper.

Delicious, we loved it! I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta and added two eggs like I do for my regular lasagna. It is so healthy I didn't feel bad going back for seconds, and the leftovers are just as good!

Very tasty! Will definitely make again. I used a 9x13 dish and did the whole recipe using only 2 layers, therefore I didn't need all 12 noodles but I did use all of the filling ingredients. It fit into the dish perfectly this way.

Great dish! I was a bit worried a bout the prep time, but it ended up not being too bad. I cut and steamed the veggies in the morning, and kept them in the fridge until I was ready to assemble later that night.

My 6 and 3 year olds would not touch this with a 10-foot pole, but my husband and I loved it! Such a nice change from the meat version.
