I am easily confused, so maybe I’m reading the recipe wrong, but I don’t understand the last step that says “repeat and top with remaining shredded mozzarella cheese?” What are you supposed to repeat when all that’s left is 4 noodles and shredded mozzarella cheese? I saved some of the sauce and put it on top of the last 4 noodles, then the cheese. Also, prep time is way more than 15 minutes, it takes that long just to chop up the onion and garlic. Otherwise, it was delicious and my family loved it.
