Used country Style pork ribs and this tasted pretty much like what I cook when making pulled pork, except I didn't add BBQ sauce. I have no idea how these are "Korean Ribs" they had no asian flavor, or much of a flavor period. I shredded the meat, put it in the fridge (until I can decide how to eat it) and ordered pizza!

I made these yesterday for a dinner I was hosting with some friends. I, too, left out the jalepenos--didn't have any on hand. They were goooood! But I wish I'd thrown in the jalepenos--a little too sweet with out them. Thanks for sharing!
