I seasoned with garlic, basil & oregano. Baked for about 45 minutes. It turned out delish! I will definitely make again and keep adding different veggies!

Added Italian seasoning and celery. It is really easy for a good home cooked meal during the work week, when I don’t have the time or inclination to do anything that takes a lot of preparation and time. I like the versatility too, where I can try out different seasonings and vegetables.
