My very picky kiddos all really enjoyed this. So did I! Next time I’ll have to double the recipe, though: we enjoyed it that much. We served it over brown rice. YUM!

I made this recipe twice in 1 week! (There’s only 2 of us, so I made half one night and half another night.) It’s a wonderful recipe and so simple, which my boyfriend loves (too many flavors and he gets overwhelmed). Being of German descent, the combo is common, but is welcoming. I served mine with mashed potatoes and kinda mixed mine all up as I ate. Thanks for sharing!

I used turkey kielbasa too. Was very easy to make and nice mix of flavors. I might add some diced potatoes next time and see how I like that variation.

Very versatile & can be spiced up if you want! I used turkey kielbasa and served it with rice. It was a very hearty, filling Fall meal.
