My husband and I recently tried this out, and boy, is it ever a lot of food! We shall have leftovers for many days to come (which is awesome for us)! Very tasty and filling...I could only eat about half of my bowl. Don't worry, my husband finished it off for me. We added a bit more jalapeno ('cause that's how Texans do it). Thanks for the great recipe!
