This recipe was so simple and delicious! I used Sam's club canned chicken breast for the chicken and it was wonderful. I am a Family and Consumer Science teacher and I will definitely use this recipe at school and share it on my website. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I was not happy with the results - the vermicelli turns to mush, loses all shape and texture. I even undercooked mine b-4 adding it to casserole. Maybe if the chicken was pre-cooked and it did not need to be baked so long it would have more separation between pasta and sauce and chicken and not a smooth pile of baby food. Taste was just fair - a bit bland - as there is no added spice or herbs. The colby-jack cheese was completely overpowered, mixed all in as it was, and probably could be left out and not know the difference. I could taste the parmesan as I used fresh. But I will not be making this again. Sorry.
