I only used one pan because I cooked the chicken first and set it aside, then added a little more butter to the drippings and sauteed the onion and garlic in that! 		<description><![CDATA[I was so happy to find your recipe. My husband never orders anything but the Chicken Bryan when we eat at Carrabba&#039;s. He loved this version so much that he HAND washed every stinkin&#039; pot and pan after we ate dinner!
My son loved it, too.  He said that this was the first time he had goat cheese that didn&#039;t taste gross (he&#039;s 15).
