		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made this recipe twice and it is amazing!  I did have to make a few changes to make it work, though.  First I had to add about a half cup more water to make the rice cook completely, and I also had to cook it for about 50 minutes on low for the rice to be done.  You could probably cook it on medium and have it cook faster but the first time I made this it stuck to the bottom despite frequent stirring, and took a week of scrubbing to clean the pot completely.

All in all a fantastic recipe!]]></description>
