I made this to take to my boyfriend for his lunch (he works second shift so my dinner). I did the recipe almost exact with one exception. I didn’t use onions or onion powder. My boyfriend hates onions so I chose to omit them for that reason. I also used ‘fake’ Parmesan instead of real. Although I do believe that is what the recipe intended. I think I made the patties a little too big as it took about 30 to 35 minutes to finish cooking. I cooked up some ziti that I tossed with a little olive oil and Parmesan as a ‘bedding’ and it turned out to be a fantastic dinner. Next time I plan to eat this meal at home and pair it with a nice salad and maybe some bread.
