I like that it’s a relatively easy meal but tastes like you spent a few hours on it – I think cooking the veggies with the rice and adding crushed tomatoes gives the rice a great flavor! So far we’ve customized it with cut-up Kielbasa and turkey sausage for a healthier option. Thanks so much!
