This is the best! I will also cut back on the eggs next time as the bottom was a little soggy. It still disappeared though with all leftovers eaten within 24 hours.

Great option for a brunch! I made it for dinner and the family loved it. I did use a 9x13 pan and lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Also cut back the eggs to 3 and only 1/4 cup of Parmesan. I did use an additional egg to brush on top. I omitted the salami and just used ham. Baked for 25 minutes with foil and 25 minutes without. Only let it sit for 10-15 minutes and it was fine. Thank you for posting! :)

We loved it! Next time might reduce the amount of eggs just to see if we notice but other than that it is perfect! The hubby even likes it cold the next day!

What a wonderful dish. Everyone loved it and I heard the strangest words come out of my husband's mouth at lunch following day, "You've got to try this, it's even better today!"

This is another one of my favorites as well. We call it a "Hoagie Bake" I have never tried it in a springform pan though. Spinach also is new. That is a nice, fresh touch. I add banana peppers or olive salad sometimes. Everyone needs to try this once! Easy to put together and feeds a lot of people!

Turned out excellent in the spring form pan. I cut it into wedges with a big pizza cutter. We fought over leftovers!

I made this today for a playdate. I whipped up some mac & cheese just in case the kids decided they didn't like it (it does have green stuff in it, after all!) but they all LOVED it!! My almost-2 year old ate hers and most of her sister's! My friend and I had numerous helpings as well. It was soooo good. She wants the recipe too. It was so completely easy to put together and to clean up after. I will definitely be making this again and also trying different variations of it! I had to put most of the mac & cheese in the fridge, if that says anything.

I did do a few changes. I omitted the red peppers (I would have loved them but I KNOW my kids wouldn't have eaten it then), I didn't have any salami and I only beat 2 eggs with the parmesan cheese and I also added some basil and salt. So so so yummy! I will be making this one for the next church potluck!! Thanks!!
