Such an easy dish to make! It is so fresh and light and bursting with flavor! We loved it, in fact it is unbearably hot and humid in Vermont this fourth of July I believe this is going to be dinner tonight again!

This was such a refreshing dinner to have in the summer. The bruschetta was perfect for the dog days of summer and we loved the entire meal!
