I use crushed Italian croutons instead of cereal. I also use marinara sauce over chicken with a little parmesan cheese while I bake it. And make pasta with homemade alfredo sauce to make it a full meal.

This was absolutely amazingly delish !! I made it for my fiancee and his mother and we all absolutely loved it. Not terribly hard to do, the breading part is messy, but thats to be expected. And since the chicken breasts were so thin, they cooked in a snap. I will definitely be making this again in the future.
