I did modify a bit, as I didn&#039;t have an IPA in the beer fridge. I used a Brown Ale instead and I don&#039;t think it changed flavor appreciably. I also didn&#039;t have any small taco size tortillas, so I used large tortillas and made enchiladas instead. Tossed a few tablespoons of enchilada sauce on them and a little cheese and baked them for 10 min in a 40 degree oven. They were marvelous.]]></description>
