Description

Simple and delicious Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds Chuck Roast
  • Oil, As Needed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 stick Butter
  • ½ cups Pepperoncinis Juice
  • 8 pieces Pepperoncinis
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Au Jus Seasoning
  • 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

Preparation

Cut chuck roast into 4 pieces.

Start Instant Pot cooker and put on saute setting. Put oil and saute chuck roast until lightly brown on all sides. Set aside.

In the same pot, pour beef broth and deglaze the bottom. Return meat to pot along with all ingredients. Pressure cook for 90 minutes.

Shred meat and serve.
