I divided the recipe into two large, flat patties and baked them for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Frosted with mashed potatoes and with birthday wishes written in ketchup, it was proclaimed to be his best birthday cake ever. The meatloaf was delicious. I would make it again, for dinner or for another “cake.”
