I accidentally used more salsa than specified, but I still thought the beef part was great. HOWEVER, for the Bisquick layer, next time I would definitely reduce the eggs down to 1-2 eggs. The top layer was like a souffle’ or a quiche, not biscuit-y like I’d hoped. I see other similar recipes online only call for 2 eggs, so that may be a mistake in this recipe.
