I’ve never had the IKEA version of these, but I can’t imagine that they’re better. I made the recipe as written, and it was wonderful! The meatballs are incredibly moist and tender but still manage to hold their shape well. The gravy is a perfect complement of tastes. Definitely a keeper on our family’s meal rotation. Thank you!

These are a new family favorite, even with my picky kids. I made a few substitutions based on what I had – half beef, half ground chicken, half and half for cream, 2 parts cinnamon, 1 part cloves, 1 part ginger for the allspice. Thank you for the fabulous recipe!

These were very good and easy to make. I substituted whole milk for the cream and it came out fantastic.

These are the best. My son says even better than IKEA. No more driving 2 hours just for meatballs.
