This was a big hit with my picky-eater hubby! I did only use somewhere between 4-5 oz reduced fat cream cheese as that was what I had on hand. It was easy to make and tasted great!

Gave this a try. It was good, but it seemed a little cream cheese heavy…probably could do with half the cream cheese. It was nice to try something new, but will probably tweak a little next time.

i am making this tonight!!! i have to agree with tastymomma that sometimes you need a simple and tasty meal that is not “gourmet”. my husband loves casseroles because he loves leftovers so this will totally fill the bill!

I love a good casserole. They get a bad rap sometimes but let’s face it- every night cannot be gourmet night. And I am just not a gourmet cook..haha. Thanks for sharing this – it sounds delicious. I love that it came from a cafe in Humble, TX – perfect!
