		<description><![CDATA[Great recipe! I like how you can prepare the enchiladas in advance and then refrigerate until you&#039;re ready to bake. I wait to pour the green sauce mix until just before they go into the oven. 

I&#039;m going to try doing this in two 8x8 pans, cooking one right away and then freezing the other for a super quick meal on a busy weeknight.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[YUM and so easy!  My husband and I loved them.  I didn&#039;t have any sour cream but I don&#039;t think it was needed.  I marinated my chicken in a covered dish and didn&#039;t really have any marinade leftover (as I halved the recipe) so I just poured the Enchilada Sauce in the dish and whisked it  a bit to get up the residue.
