Soooo good! I cooked these tonight using pork chops with bones and they turned out absolutely delicious. My Dad’s a picky sort and my brother doesn’t like “change” in cooking, but both of them thought they were quite tasty. I didn’t baste or flip them, but they turned out juicy and zingy.

This was very easy and was just what my family needed for tonight's dinner! I didn't have enough lemon but it worked out just fine. We ate it with broccoli and mashed potatoes...I served it with macaroni noodles for the kids.

Delicious! I took the lazy way out and browned my chops in a cast iron frying pan, so that I could use the same pan to bake them in the oven. I forgot to baste them, but I believe I did flip them half-way through cooking, and they were still awesome! Both kids (ages 1.5 & 3.5) loved 'em!

This recipe was so easy that even I, the non-cooker in the house, was able to make a delicious meal with nothing burning! The lemon and honey went perfectly together to make a wonderful glaze to top the porkchops. What a great meal to satisfy the whole family!
