I didn&#039;t want to heat up my oven so I poached the frozen chicken wings for20-25 mins. on the stove top, drained off the liquid, added the mixed up sauce to the wings and reduced the sauce  on high heat for about 10 minuntes, stirring the chicken wings until the sauce was sticky and thick.  It was fast and didn&#039;t heat up the house.]]></description>
