I typically check the temperature of my chicken to make sure it is done so that I don’t overcook it. The cooking time really does depend on the size of the breast. It seems I used monster sized ones, because they did need the 8 minutes.

I forgot to pound it down to an even thickness, and it still turned out good. My chicken was a little dry, I think next time I’ll only cook it for 7 minutes on each side.

Also, I think next time I’ll use more vinegar & honey to make even more “sauce” to drizzle on top, because it was so delicious! Thanks for this recipe :)
