		<description><![CDATA[This makes the most terrific pasta.  My husband and I eat fresh pasta once or twice a week and there truly is no comparison with the dried, grocery store stuff.  Once you do it a couple of times it&#039;s not even hard, and you can use all different kinds of flour, depending on your preference.  Try adding just a tiny bit (1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon) of baking soda to your flour before you mix in the eggs and they poof up beautifully in the boiling water.  Definitely try this recipe, you&#039;ll love it.]]></description>
